Galaxy Cluster, Abell 564
The galaxy cluster Abell 564 is located around one billion light-years away from us in the constellation "Camelopardalis". Its redshift is z = 0.078.
Every second, the galaxy cluster moves another 22,500 kilometers away from us. This corresponds to around 8% of the speed of light.

Even in my 20" telescope is quite uninteresting. Only a few very faint galaxies are visible with averted vision.
