"Teutsch 148" is located in the constellation Aquila and is quite small with an apparent magnitude of about 1'. No further information can be found.

In my 20 inch telescope "Teutsch 148" actually looks quite interesting at 270x. First of all, the cluster appears very small. With a size of 1.2' it appears just twice
as large as the disk of Jupiter. One can see two to three brighter stars in front of a grainy background, from which five more stars (fainter than 16mag)
flash out in moments of good seeing. The "halo" appears uniform with a low surface brightness.
