Teutsch 151, Open Star Cluster
The open star cluster "Teutsch 151" is found in the constellation Aquila and is listed in SIMBAD with an apparent magnitude of 1'.

Teutsch 151 appears quite small in my 20" f/3.2 Dobsonian telescope even at a magnification of V=270x. The shape is oval and
the background is slightly grainy. From this background 6-8 faint single stars flash out in steady air.
