Orders, questions, special requests? Just contact Spacewalk Telescopes under the following email address to discuss your wishes directly with the
person that creates all of the designs:
When you order, you will first receive a non-binding offer. This will also include the deposit. You will only be included in the list and have secured
your place in the respective batch once the deposit has been received.
You are welcome to contact us by email for advice before making a purchase.
Telescopes and parabolic mirrors are always produced in batches. This means that only a certain number are available for sale at any given time.
This allows me to plan production better. My goal is always to keep delivery times short and to answer questions to the best of my knowledge
and belief. However, I can only do this on the basis of the current situation.
I am also dependent on certain suppliers or service providers, such as the coating company, meeting deadlines, which I cannot control.
For this reason, the delivery time stated is only to be understood as a rough guide and not as a delivery date written in stone. Sometimes things go
faster than expected, but sometimes it takes more time to finish the telescope.
The payment for the telescope is made in three steps. The down payment of 20% secures your place on the list in the current batch. Before construction
begins, you will receive an email asking you to transfer the first down payment of 40%, which covers the main part of the material costs. The remaining
40% plus any shipping costs are then to be paid before dispatch.
1. 20% down payment (list position)
2. 40% down payment 1 (before start of construction)
3. 40% down payment 2 (before shipment)
All payments are made by bank transfer - not by Paypal or other payment service providers. I also do not accept stacks of banknotes.
All telescopes are generally shipped with the "Dachser" shipping company. The delivery date and delivery address can be scheduled by arrangement.
Deliveries are usually made in the mornings because the shipping company wants to empty the truck first and then pick up a new load.
If you pick up the telescope yourself, it is not possible to set it up completely, but a short briefing with helpful tips is still possible.
The assembly instructions are very detailed, so that no questions should really remain unanswered during assembly. However, I am happy to take
the time to briefly go through the instructions together and point out a few things. If there are any questions, I can still be contacted by email after
collection.
Unfortunately, custom-made products are not possible, as I am already very busy with my own telescope series which requires more than enough
planning and organization.
In short: you can only get what you find in the price list (with the logical exception of parabolic mirrors).
